During the refurbishment works we changed as little of the old structure as possible, we retained their original features and sense of history whilst still offering all the modern comforts demanded by our sophisticated lifestyle. We were able to achieve B classification on the energy scale.

Each room follows a sustainable choice, therefore, we inserted thermo- acoustic isolation and floor heating. We chose faucets which are of the water-saving type, we opted for clean energy using photovoltaic and solar energy and inserting a water-softner/purifier for drinking water providing both still and sparkling water, thus reducing the use of plastic bottles drastically.

THE ROOMS: Blend in with nature

We chose peaceful colours, gentle fabrics and natural materials in order to give a sense of elegance, luxury and serenity. Alta Villa Countryhouse has 3 double rooms to choose from, two double rooms and a Suite. The common denominator is luxury of the light, airy rooms, decorated in soothing, peaceful colours with elegant fabrics and the finest linens. Filled with local "old style" furniture and hand picked products, each room is different, individual and yet special providing a haven of peace.

Each bathroom has been designed to complement the rooms, and there is the same easy blend alongside big rain walk-in showers. Every room has a private balcony with a stunning view with table and chairs, so that the guest can sit back and enjoy the scenery whilst perhaps sipping a good glass of Barbera d'Asti or Moscato d'Asti.

Each room is unique in style and has iron beds, safety deposit box, minibar, individual air-conditioning/heating & TV, hairdryer, fluffy bathrobes and slippers.

The Bordeaux Room: comprises a double iron bed, airy elegant interior design with a touch of scarlet in the choice of "old-style" furniture. From the private balcony there is the stunning view of Monferrato. The bathroom has a pebble shower floor and the usual soothing, relaxing colours.

The Salvia Room: has an inviting and relaxing sage green look. Even here there is a balcony with the unique view which inspires you to meditate and dream. There is an old-style wardrobe with an old fashioned latch, elegant cream colour, thick curtains drape the windows and an equally interesting beige coloured bathroom top off the room.

The Pearl Gray Suite: This room has a superb view of all three sides of the property and overlooks the infinity pool. The colour chosen for the suite is pearl gray, elegant old-style wardrobe and gray window curtains give a special touch of class to the Suite. There is a small kitchenette with a Nespresso machine so that the guest can enjoy the privacy of preparing light meals at their own desire. The Suite has a balcony has a breathtaking view of the pool and valley with the surrounding Alps.
