Facilities: Two rooms with iron beds, safe, minibar, individual air-conditioning/heating & TV, WiFi, hairdryer, fluffy bathrobes fine linens and balconies with a breathtaking view.
The Suite: has a magnificient view on all the three sides of the house, an iron double bed (European size), safety deposit box, minibar, individual air-conditioning/heating, TV, complimentary Wi-fi throughout the house, hair dryer, fluffy bathrobes, kitchenette with minibar (for light snacks or for coffee/tea), n.b. cooking in a Bed and Breakfast is otherwise not premitted by law, Nespresso machine and private balcony with table and chairs.
Pool: Infinity Pool with a relaxing solarium area with panoramic view and small *gym (*may not be available during specific periods).
Amenities: Towels for the pool are available (only during the summer season) furthermore we also have a laundry room for your comfort at an extra charge - see below.
Breakfast is served on the terrace: starts at 9.00 am during the whole morning, or in the sitting room depending on the weather conditions.
Coffee and tea: can be prepared at all hours, which is unusual by Italian standards. However, cooking in the kitchen and eating are not allowed by law.
The Garden: has private paths where one can sit and relax whilst enjoying nature and the rolling hills.
Mountain bikes: are free at your disposal. E-bikes can be rented at an extra cost. Please ask us.
Picnic baskets: may be ordered with a day's notice (Euro 15,00 per person).
Laundry service: there is an extra fee for the washing machine and dryer (Euro 15,00). We will gladly take care of your request.
Private, free parking on the premises.
Massages: we can arrange for a professional massuese to come to the Villa and with her help you can pick your individual treatment, please ask us ahead of time and we will gladly quote the price which is generally about Euro 80,00 for a 60 minute session. This is the perfect setting for you to relax and enjoy a soothing massage, ideally at sunset out in the garden.
Special Rates: for periods of a week for the whole floor with separate entrance and sole use of the pool (2 double rooms plus 1 suite for 5/6 people) we have a special flat rate of: Euro 3.700 plus final cleaning Euro 100,00 (refundable deposit Euro 600). This formula incl. the B&B formula i.e. breakfast incl. daily cleaning of the rooms and mid-week change of linen.
Rates comprehend all the above-mentioned amenities. To book we require a 50% deposit (please check our cancellation policy). We advise travel insurance to all our guests.
